Hither Mann, founder of GWC, has been breaking barriers in finance ever since she pivoted from her initial medical career to real estate in 2004, currency trading in 2008, before venturing into private equity and investment banking in 2019 onwards.
In 2012 she became the world’s first female financial trader and educator and established “Fortune Academy”, training over 300,000 globally. She now leads “The Billionaire Project” coaching entrepreneurs to raise significant capital for their ventures.
Determined to change the narrative for women in finance, she founded Gold Water Capital to address the underrepresentation in private equity. Supported by global investment banks and Monaco’s government, she advocates for entrepreneurship.
Although her private equity training was undertaken in Harvard, Oxford University and LSE, Hither also shares an obsession with Human Behavioural Psychology, which landed her the role as “Peak Performance Coach” for Tier 1 Banks and UHNW Clients, Ex Military Personnel, Sports Professionals, and other High Performance Career Individuals.
The latter will be crucial in the investment thesis of GWC as detailed later.
Hither has a social media following over 1 Million across all platforms, which she plans to leverage with Gold Water Capital Fund awareness and pitch event road shows.
